Who we are
NurseEnroom (the “Site”) is operated by Dreamlore LLC (“Dreamlore,” “NurseEnroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are the data controller for personal information processed through nurseenroom.com. Questions: privacy@nurseenroom.com.
What this service is
NurseEnroom is a referral directory. We help users find nursing rooms and home care agencies in the USA. We are not a healthcare provider and are not a covered entity under HIPAA.
Information we collect
- Information you submit. Name, email, phone, ZIP, message when you send an inquiry or submit a facility.
- Search activity. The filters you enter, and approximate location if you use “Use my location.” Location is used only in that session unless attached to an inquiry.
- Technical data. Server logs: IP, user agent, referrer, pages visited. Retained up to 30 days.
- Cookies. Strictly necessary only. No third-party advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To match your request with appropriate providers and forward your inquiry.
- To follow up with you via email or phone.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the service.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
How we share your information
- With the provider you select. Your inquiry details are shared with the facility you chose so they can reply.
- With service providers. Our web host and email delivery processor, under contract.
- For legal reasons. If required by law or to prevent fraud or harm.
- Business transfers. If Dreamlore LLC is involved in a merger or sale, data may be transferred. You will be notified before any material change.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Email privacy@nurseenroom.com to access, correct, or delete your information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.
Security
We use TLS, prepared SQL statements, and isolate configuration outside the public web root. No system is 100% secure; breaches will be notified as required by law.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will update the date above and, where appropriate, be emailed.
