What we do with your proposal: we collect it as a community demand signal. Proposals help us (and the public-health partners we share anonymized aggregate data with) understand where families need care that isn’t yet available. It’s statistical input, not a registration.

Running a real facility? To register officially, contact your state Department of Public Health or CMS. Licensed Medicare/Medicaid facilities are imported from public CMS data. NurseEnroom refreshes this dataset periodically (typically monthly after CMS publishes updates).
