1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to nurseenroom.com, operated by Dreamlore LLC. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

NurseEnroom is a referral directory. We are not a healthcare provider, staffing agency, broker, insurer, or fiduciary. We do not deliver care, prescribe treatment, or negotiate payment. All care decisions rest with you and the licensed provider you choose.

3. No medical advice

Content is general information only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911.

4. Listings and third-party providers

Directory information is compiled from public sources and provider submissions. We do our best to keep it accurate but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. Always verify licensing, services, availability, pricing, and insurance acceptance directly with the provider.

Any contract or engagement you enter with a provider is solely between you and that provider.

5. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in inquiries and submissions.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute content without written permission.
  • Do not attempt to breach security or interfere with the Service.

6. Provider submissions

If you submit a facility, you represent you are authorized to do so and information is accurate. We may accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and compilation of listings, is owned by Dreamlore LLC and is protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMLORE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED US$100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dreamlore LLC from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes is acceptance of the revised Terms.
